# Agreements

Agreements are the governing principles & rules of how we operate at Common Ground. They are documents that define important processes. We are adopting these agreements created in Greaterthan, to support us in the early stages of our forming collective, to create clarity on fundamentals of how we organize ourselves. Since these are not our words, we agree to hold them lightly, with a posture of inquiry and provocation, to help us gradually craft agreements that fully reflect the common ground that is emerging ;) . &#x20;
